SOUTHERN CAVIAR (from Christine Shaffer) 1 14 oz. can black-eyed peas, drained & rinsed 1 14 oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed 1 14 oz. can chickpeas, drained 1 cup frozen corn, drained 1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chilies, drained 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 4 green onions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 medium sweet bell pepper, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
