Amy's Super-Yummy, Super-Easy Brownie Frosting: Ingredients: 12 oz (2 cups) semi sweet chocolate chips 1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk * Yields enough frosting for 2 batches of brownies 1. Melt 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. 2. Let sit for another minute or two, then stir to make sure all the chips are melted and smooth. 3. Stir in one can of sweetened condensed milk, then let sit for a few minutes to thicken before frosting your brownies. 4. Spread half the batter onto one batch of brownies and let cool completely. I prefer to cool them in the fridge overnight before cutting into squares or bars. 5. ENJOY!! Note: If you're only making one batch, the extra can be sealed and stored in the fridge for quite a while. Just microwave the leftover frosting for 1 minute and stir before using.
